Family Crisis Support Services has been providing services to Southwest Virginia since 1982. Starting as a hotline service for victims of domestic violence; the program continued to grow as needs were brought aware and resources continued to be limited. Today, Family Crisis offers services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault and those inundated with homelessness. These services come in the form of advocacy, accompaniment, support groups, rapid rehousing and prevention housing services, emergency shelter, youth prevention programming, and community education. The 24 hour hotline is still going strong - and an advocate can be reached at all times - now including social media and through our webpage.
